Adult Training, Learning
and Support Service (ATLAS) - (Disability):
This service provides individualised services for school
leavers who have a disability. It helps bridge the gap between
their departure from school and their participation in the wider
community.
Services include case management, a range of vocational
training and living skills to assist in the development of skills
to live independently within the community.
Clients and their family need to advise Department of
Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) of their choice of
provider in their final year of schooling.
Please call us 0n 1300 364 584 for more information.
