Community Care Workers - Casual

 

Hunter Integrated Care is seeking suitably experienced and enthusiastic persons to join our Aged and Disabilities Services Team on a casual basis.

 

As a Community Care Worker you would be required to assist frail, aged people and younger persons with disabilities to live independently in their homes and participate in their community. 

 

Duties include: domestic assistance, client transport, medication monitoring, personal care and respite care.  You will have good communications skills, have completed or working towards completing Certificate 111 in Aged Care or similar. You must work well as a team member and be committed to achieving and maintaining a safe working environment.

 

You will require a current NSW driver’s licence: have a reliable, fully insured vehicle: current First Aid Certificate and be eligible for a Police Clearance.

Must be available to work between the hours of 7am and 8pm.
