Port Stephen Shire Day Centre (HACC):
The Day centre will develop,
maintain and support participants,
including CALD and ATSI residents to remain living in the community and
partake of a broad range of culturally appropriate activities that will
provide a diverse range of opportunities for social support and
interaction. The Dare Centre will also provide morning tea and a
nutritious meal. Additionally, transport to and from and any excursions
is also provided.
Am I Eligible?
To be eligible you should:
- Be
the a person who is frail or aged,
- not
be living in a hospital, group home or residential care facility, and
- reside
in the rural areas of the Port Stephens Local Government area.
